POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge when at least 48 hours notice is provided. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost directly to the card on file.

NO-SHOWS: No shows will be charged at 100% of the service costs.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours or due to the close of business. Depending upon how late you arrive, the esthetician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the service (after 15 minutes, the appointment will need to be treated as a cancellation and no-show).  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full price of the service booked.

RETENTION: If you arrive to your lash appointment with makeup or product residue of any kind on your natural lashes, we cannot guarantee the retention of your extensions.

REFUND POLICY: You are paying for artist time and product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you have an allergic reaction, a complimentary removal will be provided. If you're unhappy with your lashes, or the lashes do not last at the fault of the product, a complimentary 30 minute touch-up will be provided when contacted within 72 hours of application.This complimentary service must be completed within a week of application, no complimentary services will be honored past this time frame.
